Rank ladders
The XP each rank needs, and the Roblox group rank the bot gives with it. Members move up and down by XP on their own, except leaders. The lowest rank must need 0 XP, since everyone starts there.

New members start at the lowest. Retired officers return to the highest.

Re-rank
After a change, members only move the next time their XP changes. Re-ranking moves everyone now, in the Roblox group too. It also undoes any rank set by hand that their XP doesn't give them.
Bot commands
Who can use each slash command. A command limited to roles works for anyone with at
least one of them. /help always works for everyone, and /sticky
follows Discord's Manage Messages permission.

Dashboard access
Only the roles and people listed below can use the dashboard, server admins included. Everyone listed can view, and the boxes add the rest. You can't take Manage permissions away from yourself, so someone always keeps it. Roles are read when someone signs in, so a role change in Discord counts from their next sign in, at most a day later.

Sticky messages
The bot keeps each of these at the bottom of its channel, reposting it a few seconds
after anyone else posts. Discord formatting works. To stick a message with files or
embeds, use /sticky set in Discord; its text can still be edited here.
